The staff, especially Prakash and Magesh, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. the location, though slightly uphill, offered stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities - from a cozy electric kettle for our evening tea to a flat-screen TV for entertainment. the terrace provided a lovely spot to soak in the mountain views and enjoy a cup of tea. The staff's proactive communication, including guiding us through the tricky navigation to the property, was truly commendable. They even shared insightful tips on exploring Ooty's hidden gems, adding a personal touch to our experience. Overall, Royal Serene Villas exceeded our expectations with its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and serene ambiance. A perfect getaway for those seeking a blend of comfort and tranquility amidst Ooty's natural beauty. We are grateful for the memorable stay and look forward to returning soon!
